Dosage Information
SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement, place one (1) strip on the tongue 30 minutes before bedtime for Sleep+ or anytime throughout the day for D3, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed one (1) strips in any 12-hour period for Sleep+. Do not exceed more than one (1) strip PER WEEK for D3 Sunshine Support.
